Every woman’s body and experience is different. Before you decide, talk to a nurse about the drugs used in the abortion pill, discuss your health history, and confirm the pregnancy is viable. It’s also important to know exactly how far along you are and what to do in the event the pregnancy is ectopic. Abortion pills are not needed if the pregnancy is not in the uterus or if you are having a naturally occurring miscarriage.

Contact us to book a free medical appointment for pregnancy testing, ultrasound confirmation, and consultations on your options.

Am I Pregnant?

The most common early pregnancy signs include a missed or late period, nausea or vomiting, tender breasts, fatigue, and mild cramping or spotting.

Whether you are trying to figure out how soon to take a test, looking to see if a due date calculator is accurate, or have questions about a cryptic pregnancy, reach out today. False positives are rare, but they can happen.  Call us if you have had a negative test, a faint line, or inconclusive results with an at home hCG test.

We can also provide education, referrals, access to aid and support, and additional resources.

Services can include consultations, pregnancy testing, ultrasound confirmation, abortion information on risks, side effects, what to expect, what to do in the event of an emergency, and more. We provide care to everyone, regardless of age, gender, income, immigration status, or legal documentation. Your information is always private, and we never report anyone’s status.  All our services are free and confidential - no insurance required.

The information on this site is for educational purposes only and should not be substituted for medical or legal advice. We are committed to protecting your health information. Please be aware that communicating via unencrypted text messaging or messaging services has some level of risk of being read by a 3rd party.

We offer urine, not blood, pregnancy tests. Our ultrasound services are designed to estimate how far along you are and assess whether the pregnancy appears to be developing in the uterus. An ultrasound alone cannot rule out an ectopic pregnancy, but can give an indication of the location of the pregnancy. As a free alternative and holistic women's health organization to a local abortion clinic, Planned Parenthood, we never profit from your pregnancy decision and do not perform or refer for abortion services. We believe women deserve access to all the information they need to make reproductive health decisions without pressure or cost involved, and aid to move forward with confidence.
